WebMail Preferences

Don’t like the look of the new webmail page? You can change the way the boxes look by going to your InBox and select View in the upper right hand corner. Horizontal Full Page is close to the older platform.

WebMail Support Center

You will find just about everything you need in the Support Center.

 

  • Under your email address in the upper right of the screen is a pull-down menu. Click on Support Center or see all support articles and how-to items on the WebMail Basics page- Click Here.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

GENERAL

  • This is where you change how your webmail looks – color, font, font size, date, time, language, etc. You can also change the color theme of your email at the bottom of the page.

ADVANCED

  • Message Settings – Set reply-to address, Forwarding, What to do with messages, Message Composing, etc.​

KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS

  • General keyboard shortcuts for webmail functions

PASSWORD

  • Change your password here. Type in the current password and enter a new password. Don’t forget to click Save.

SECURITY QUESTION

  • The security question is used to verify your identity.

POP/IMAP

  • DO NOT USE….. At this time, the information here is NOT correct. refer to our email setting page for the correct settings.

SPAM

  • Email boxes are set to the Standard setting. You can add Trusted Senders and Spam Senders. Don’t forget to click Save.

AUTO REPLY

  • Create auto-reply messages.

MESSAGE FILTER

  • Create a message filter rule that automatically sorts through incoming mail.

SIGNATURES

  • Create one or more signatures.

HIGHLIGHTING

  • You can create color labels for incoming email.

IMAGE RULES

  • Create image rules that automatically filter through images and styles on incoming mail.

PGP KEYS

  • PGP keys are used to send encrypted messages between designated users.

DATA USAGE

  • Data Usage tells you what size email box you have and how much disk space is used.

Log into your WebMail.

You access Preferences by clicking on the small gear in the left panel.
