Important Notice

  • TCGEP Designs email service provides business class email and is intended for one-to-one emails or small working group emails.

  • It Is NOT for mass emailing or for large group emails.

  • Due to issues relating to spam and blacklisting, TCGEP Designs imposes restrictions on email.

Web Mail Secure Login Option

Customers now have the option of using the standard Web Mail Login or the Secure Web Mail Login. If selecting the Secure Web Mail Login, you will need to manually enter your full email address and password. Since the web address is different, your browser will not have memorized the information for that page.

Webmail 5 Minute Error

When this message occurs it means connection to the webmail became unstable.
There are many reasons this could happen, most likely is due to a corrupt browser cookie.

In order to resolve this, we ask that you follow these steps:

  1. Log out of the webmail (physically click the logout button, not just close the browser)

  2. Clear the Temporary Internet Files/cache

  3. Clear the internet browser cookies – This is very important

  4. Close the web browser

SPECIAL NOTE – Adobe Flash was terminated January 2021. Email service has been programmed to run without Flash. In some instances you will get the 5 minute error and must take additional steps. See the 5 Minute Error section in Email Knowledge Base

  • No more than 100 recipients in the CC field.

  • No more than 100 recipients in the BCC field.

  • No more than 50 recipients to any given domain (unless that domain is same as that of sender).

  • No more than 900 recipients per message.

  • No more than 900 off-domain recipients per 24 hour window for a given user.

Please note that if an email address is reported multiple times as a sender of spam. Our system then logs the reports of spam reports without the recipients identifying information and automatically suspends the account. Repeated reports of this nature may result in permanent suspension of the account.

Also, some mailing programs have a hard limit of 300 recipients per message, 2000 characters for the header, or 998 characters in any of the fields (To/CC/BCC). Our rate limits are only for the per 24 hour period, not confined to what an email program is limited to.

For users that need to send out email above the restrictions, we recommend you use either Constant Contact or iContact.
